What is a skin fade?
A skin fade takes the hair on the sides and back all the way down to the skin, then blends it seamlessly up into the longer hair on top. Done well it looks razor-sharp; done badly you get harsh lines and patches. The difference is entirely in the blending, and blending is a skill that takes years.

How long does a skin fade take?
About 30 to 40 minutes for a full skin fade with styling. If you're adding a beard trim, allow an hour. We don't rush — a fade that's rushed is a fade that's uneven.
Keeping it sharp
A skin fade looks its best for about 10 to 14 days. If you're staying in Phuket longer than that, come back for a line up (฿150) — we clean up the edges and hairline, and it looks freshly cut again without a full fade.
